Lilac Hills Ranch Community Update
 is Well Attended by Residents

— Accretive Release, July 27, 2012

Lilac Hills Ranch received a positive response from local residents attending the July 11, 2012 Community Update at Zosa Estate in Escondido.

Lilac Hills Ranch features a sustainable design approach that balances sophisticated technology and amenities with the natural environment. The team presented a variety of plans and renderings illustrating the pedestrian experience linking the community through a series of trails and pathways that connect neighborhoods to amenities such as the parks, ball fields, community center, Village Center shopping, dining and lifestyle services.

Dottie Christensen a nearby resident said, “We enjoyed the illustration of the trail system linking residents to neighborhoods and amenities like a park, ball fields, and village center with boutique serving retail like dining and lifestyle services.”

Bob Payne of Valley Center liked the multi-generational approach of Lilac Hills Ranch, “My wife and I like the design and housing opportunities for young families all the way through to empty nesters. As active mature adults we like the proposed club facilities with aerobics and tennis options. We also like the independent and assisted-living options with Alzheimer’s care.”

Lilac Hills Ranch is a proposed sustainable community located just east of Interstate 15 at the Old Highway 395 interchange. A formal application for Lilac Hills Ranch was submitted to the County of San Diego in April of 2012. A formal review by appropriate San Diego County Departments is now in progress.
