Lilac Hills Ranch Update — You spoke and we listened

Accretive Investments, Inc., March 14, 2013

(Bonsall, CA) Lilac Hills Ranch is pleased to announce the newly revised design, submitted to the County on February 11, 2013. Community participation has contributed to a new design over a five month outreach process.

“Over the last several months hundreds of residents have provided input for Lilac Hills Ranch,” said Randy Goodson, CEO. “Many of these suggestions were incorporated into the new plans, helping us to create a shared vision with the surrounding community.”

The improved design makes it easier to walk to parks, trails, picnic areas, community orchards and vineyards, schools, restaurants, shopping and recreational areas. Hiking and equestrian trials have increased to over 30 miles. Community parks, open space and fruit producing groves have all been expanded. The Town Center plans include a 50-room Country Inn, Community Banquet Facility, neighborhood grocery store, restaurants, office space and boutique retail — all within a short walk from most homes in the community.

Sustainability is an integral part of the community and its residents. Lilac Hills Ranch will be providing for solar opportunities, recycled water, rain water harvesting, gray water systems, energy efficient homes, community composting, and community farming. Farming will continue throughout the community with deep water wells and recycled water providing sustainable water sources.

Traffic and road designs have been improved to better serve daily commutes and emergency services. Round-a-bouts have been placed in strategic entry points to reduce bottle necks and improve traffic flow. Multiple transit options have also been incorporated into the neighborhood.

“With the comments from the community, we have improved the pedestrian experience, refined key design elements to maximize safety, improved efficiencies for water and electricity and provided people with multiple transportation options within the neighborhood,” said Mr. Goodson.
