Accretive Gets The Green Lights

— News release by Accretive Investments

On Friday, December 17, 2010 the San Diego County Planning Commission voted to give authorization to Accretive Investments allowing the company to plan and study a sustainable community along I-15. "This is one step in the process and my goal is to work with everyone that has expressed an interest and work doubly hard with those opposed, to the request, to gain their support in the future,” explained Randy Goodson, CEO of Accretive Investments.

After the Planning Commission voted to authorize the study Goodson said, “I was impressed by the number of people who turned out to the Planning Commission hearings and I appreciate the support for what we’re trying to do along I-15. A lot of our neighbors are backing this proposal and I cherish the friendships we have created during this process.”

The vote by the Planning Commission authorizes Accretive to work with the community, county staff, resource agencies and service districts to create a detailed plan and technical studies for future community.
